Cabi Cookies

I am back on the cookie baking. It feels like a long time since I have done cookies! I won't be saying that this week though as I have ten dozen Christmas cookies to get done by Thursday! That is ok though... I truly enjoy doing them, and it makes me so excited when people get excited about receiving them.

The cookies above I did for a person I have known for a long time. It was for an open house for her new business venture. She currently sells Cabi. It is a great clothing line, and honestly has something for all body types. If you would like to check it out, see the following link that will take you to the website and Ann's specifically. I hope she was happy about the logo cookies!

Holiday Photo Shoot

So, my friend Laura is a very talented photographer and we had the opportunity for her to take some pictures for Z and I for the holidays. If you like her style, check out her blog and website. It is alongside of my blog under the "get linked" section. She is so great, and captured Z and my personality for sure in these photos. Enjoy!

One Snowy Night

Z and I are so blessed by our friends Levi & Kelly. Our friendship has grown so much. It is one of those friendship where we can have serious conversations, but yet laugh our heads off. They have a heart for ministry and just reaching others for Christ. I love not only spending time with these guys, but also given the opportunity to serve alongside of them.

We had plans last night to head to the Holidazzle Parade to kick of the holiday season. If you live in the Minneapolis area and are interested in the parade, I would highly recommend it.

Anyways, we were headed to the parade and were determined to not let the snow storm get in our way. Well, it did. We ended up spending a night in Northfield, and well... it was so much fun. Every time we get together and plan something... it never works. We are good with randomness, and it sure was. We went out to eat, met up with another couple, and played games. What fun. Kelly and I kept repeating that we were in a movie or something. The snow was beautiful and being downtown with all the lights it truly was like we were on the set of a Hallmark Christmas movie. Loved it! So, as much as I complain about the snow.... memories like this are worth living in Minnesota.
